Store Credit & Size Exchanges
We offer store credit or a size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
To request store credit or a size exchange, please email us at hello@janieny.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Final Sale
All sales are otherwise final. We do not offer cash or card refunds. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@janieny.com with a photo and your order number. We will make it right.
Shipping Policy
